VLOG #1 - A NEW START

 Hi guys,

I hope you are doing amazing today. 馃敟

Welcome to my first "Blog". I am very excited to share my thoughts with you along with new experiences that I do learn everyday.

So...

What did I learn today? 馃

Here is the thing: Never be too fast to judge another person or to report them for something they did.

Is simple. Just be quiet and wait for it. If you have evidence, of course it is better. If you don't, then make sure to get them. But, before reporting, give them the benefit of the doubt. The worst thing that can happen, is that this person gets angry at you. But let´s be serious: That is not your problem. Or is it?

When you actually report a person or blame them for something they did, guess what: "They are not gonna like you". So, before you judge them, ask yourself this question: "Will I need help from this person in the future?". If the answer is yes, then please do not report them because that may help you in the future. It is better to go directly to the person and tell them something like "I know you arrived late, but don't worry, I got you for this time". Now, if the answer is no, then go ahead and report them with due time. What Do I mean with due time? Wait for they to say something. If they act like they do not care, then go ahead and report because this may damage the amount of work you have got to do.

So, as you can see, it is your problem but be curious and wise enough to wait a little bit. You never know what someone is going through. 馃摋

This has happened to me today. And I did not report this person because that person has helped me out many times and probably will need his help in the future. He was a bit like "I do not say how to say sorry to you" and that is okay. This helped me a bit because he was getting tired of me for asking many questions every single day. So, now, he had this feeling of "He did not let me down. I have got to help him". And guess what, I did help him with other things. This creates more a bias cause he feels like he is in debt with me. This creates a good environment.

In conclusion, before judging someone, think about it twice. Now, we are leaving out of the table many questions like "What if they got robbed?", "What if they had a fight at home?"... Will you be bad enough to create more trouble? Think about the way you would feel if that would happen to you. So, please: Think it twice before reporting someone.

Have you ever reported someone? How did that make you feel? Did you think twice? 馃
